4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Cancellations made at least seven days before a scheduled consultation qualify for a full refund. Cancellations requested between two and six days before the session are eligible for a 50% refund of the service fee. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours in advance are nonrefundable due to preparatory work. Clients may request a one-time reschedule if notified at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

4.2 Informational Products

Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided that no download links have been accessed. Once digital access is granted, purchases are nonrefundable to protect content integrity.

4.3 Physical Materials

Physical kits may be sent back in unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Clients are responsible for shipping arrangements. Once a kit has been opened and used, it cannot be refunded.
